Stefania “Dessert and Design, what is the link between these 2 different forms of art?”
Dinara “Dessert can be a piece design. It can bring both – taste and aesthetic pleasure. Design brings aesthetic please. So, these two forms of art are needed to bring us joy and pleasure.”
Stefania “3D print and cakes, what was the first input that inspired you and how can you connect something so technical (3d print) with something so creative (cake design)?”
Dinara “I have a degree in architecture and was working as a designer for a long time. Of course, I had a lot of creative ideas and was thinking why people didn’t create this or that mould. And I started creating them by myself. Nowadays, we can use different technologies in creating anything we want. A lot of pastry chefs use 3D printers, and I am one of them.”
Stefania “What would you say to all those women who are working on their professional future and their empowerment?”
Dinara “It’s not very easy for women to perform a lot of functions simultaneously (build a great career and at the same time be a good mom and a wife). But at the same time, performing all these functions is very exciting as we are strong and can do everything.”
